The Be Safe App is a free mobile app designed to support young people in reaching our during a crisis. It helps you to create a safety plan, find local resources for support and learn how to be safe in a mental health or substance use crisis. Be safe is available on both Apple and Android devices. It does not replace professional clinical advise or emergency services, but looks to support users in navigating and selecting the most appropriate services when and where they need them most.

The Youth Wellness Hub Windsor-Essex offers free support services to youth ages 12 to 25 and their families without a waitlist or referral. This integrated model of care allows for a multitude of services, including counselling, life skill groups, wellness events, and system navigation, all under one roof in a youth-friendly space. There are locations in Windsor, Leamington and Amherstburg.
